Feeding the sourdough starter (the beast).

  1. Take out 80% of the starter and throw it away or use it on other breads.

  2. Add 50 grams of flour to the starter.

  3. Add 50 grams of filtered water to the starter.

  4. Mix it thoroughly for 30 seconds or so.

  5. Place in the fridge until the next feeding or use.

  6. Feed your starter at least once a week.
